Return & Exchange Period
You may request a return or exchange within 14 days of receiving your order.
Product Condition
To be eligible for return or exchange, the product must be:
- Unused and in original condition
- Not damaged, scratched, or altered
- Returned with original packaging (if available)
Processing Time
All return and exchange requests are processed within 7 to 14 working days after approval.
Delivery Charges
- Original shipping charges are non-refundable
- Customer will bear shipping charges for exchange
- If the product is received damaged or incorrect, Herdon will cover all shipping costs
